What do I need before ordering?

Buying glasses online not only saves money, but also a lot of time! All you need is your current eyeglass prescription from an eyecare professional (make sure it isn’t for contacts), and your pupillary distance (PD) measurement.

If you don’t have your prescription, you can schedule an eye exam with your doctor.

If you don’t have your PD measurement, you can measure it at home or with an eye care professional. 

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your orders using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with an itemized receipt so you can request for reimbursement from your insurance company.

What colour frames should I pick?

With Zonos, we provide a wide range of colours for our glasses. So you can see the world in style, without breaking the bank. When choosing a pair of frames, think about finding a style that compliments your facial features and what energy you want to give off.

Neutral frames, such as black, brown, and tortoiseshell are unobtrusive and easily match a lot of other colours and looks.

If you want to channel a more bold, and statement-making look, choose a colour that is contrasting but compliments your eye colour.

What materials do you use?

We use high quality acetate from Italy, Japan and China for our frames. Our frames are also made from other durable materials such as lightweight titanium, metal and TR to provide features such as high strength, impact-resistant, and durable! 

We use nothing but premium materials in our frames so they can last a long time if provided with proper care. Even better, we also provide a variety of different colors and styles - there is something for everyone!

What is included in a Zonos frame?

Zonos Frames start from $12.95!

Each and every pair of eyeglasses comes with a hard multi layer coating, which is scratch resistant!

What type of eyeglass lenses do you offer?

Does Zonos offer glasses for kids?

Yes we do! Check out our selection of kids frames here. Additionally, all of our lenses are made of polycarbonate which are impact-resistant and lightweight. This is an optimal choice for children and active adults.

Do you offer Blue Light Filtering in your eyewear?

Yes we do! We offer prescription lenses with Blue Light Filtering starting at an additional price of $14.95, this feature can be added after you select the frames of your choice!

Our blue light lenses filter a higher percentage of the blue light given off from digital screens than our standard option. They can also prevent symptoms of digital eye strain!

Do you offer clip-on sunglass lenses for your glasses?

Yes, they are included for selected frames only. At no additional cost!

If the frame that you are interested in does not come with clip-on sunglass lenses, we recommend upgrading from Standard lenses to Light Responsive lenses. These are a good, and even better alternative to sunglasses, as they automatically darken in bright sunlight and can block 100% of harmful UV rays.

This feature can be added after you pick the frames of your choice, and is only for an additional $20.95!

Do you offer Bifocals or Progressive lenses?

We offer Progressive lenses instead, so you don't need to have the noticeable line and is discomfort-free!

Your prescription would include an ADD or NV value. Keep in mind that this number always has a (+) sign. 

Returns & Shipping

Am I eligible for a refund?

We will gladly provide a full refund to your credit card within 30 days of the original order date in all instances where:

- Prescription glasses/sunglasses are issued to the wrong prescription.

- Products are damaged when received.

- Products you have ordered are returned to Zonos as undeliverable by the Postal Service and/or did not arrive at the delivery address.

- Applies only for the original purchase, does not cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage, or theft.

How do I set up a return?

Step by Step:

1. You can email us at hello@zonoseyewear.com, stating your order number, reason for return, and request for an authorized return code. We will provide the further steps on how to provide this code in your return shipment. Returns that have been shipped to us will not be processed unless this return code is provided in the package.

2. Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage and ship it to our headquarters in China. We will provide you with the address once we approve your return request. It is recommended that all orders are sent with a trackable carrier. Return Shipping is non-refundable.

3. Once the return has been processed and received by our warehouse, the refund will be returned to your original method of payment used for purchase. This can take up to 5-7 business days after we’ve received your return.

What shipping options do you offer?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $45! For smaller orders, our standard shipping is just $7.95, available worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7-12 days plus processing time. Please note that holiday seasons may cause slight delays.

How can I view my previous order history?

If you have an account already, you can view your order history by pressing

If you don’t have an account, create an online customer account to view any previous order information. If you checked out as a guest, you may enter the email you used during the checkout process and press ‘forgot password’ to be able to link a password to your account.
